              Refernce Levl: The sea level heights are referred to the Tide
                             Gauge Zero (TGZ) which is linked to fixed bench
                             marks.   The TGZ is relative to the 1975 level.
                             Original data for 1982-1997 was lowered 240 mm
                             to adjust to the 1975 level.  Bench mark 
                             information is available upon request from 
                             the contributors.
              Comment      : The daily and monthly values indicate that the
