              Refernce Levl: The data are referred to tide staff zero which is  
                             linked to fixed bench marks.  However, analysis    
                             of residuals and comparisons with neighboring      
                             stations have warranted the adjustment of the      
                             data by +45 cm from 00Z 06 Jan - 20Z 18 Jan 1990.  
                             This adjustment is uncertain to a few cm.          
              Comment      : The daily and monthly values do not reveal any     
                             obvious reference level shifts or trends.  However,
                             the hourly residuals show a suspicious drop on     
                             01 Feb 1989 of about 15 cm.  The daily and monthly
                             means agree relatively well with Manzanillo and
                             Acapulco.
