              Refernce Levl: All data are referred to the Datum of Observation,
                             TSO 1990.  The Reference Bench Mark is BM 1, which
                             is in  Puerto Princesa,  Palawan. It is located 
                             within the	Philippine Port Authority (PPA) 
                             compound and situated just on the northwest corner
                             of the PPA main building and about  6 m NE of the 
                             dugong marker. Mark is the head of a 4" copper nail
                             embedded and cemented on a concrete pavement with
                             inscription "BM-1, NAMRIA, 1990". The
                             vertical distance between the Datum of Observation
                             and Reference Bench Mark 1 is -4.400 m.
