Mark is 1.20 cm diameter brass rod set in the concrete curb at the base of the gate post on the side facing the street. The vertical distance between the Datum of Observation and the Reference Bench Mark is -3.839 m. Starting in 2001, the Reference Bench Mark is BM 3A. It is in Cebu City on the concrete street sidewalk pavement, just in front of Eastern Shipping Lines Bldg. main entrance door along Cuenco Ave. It is about 16 cm. NE of the foot of the first step of the concrete stairs of the building. Mark is a 1.2 cm. diameter brass rod with cross cut on top of cemented flush on the concrete pavement. The vertical distance between the Datum of Observation and Reference Bench Mark 3A is -4.708 m. Comment : The data are of good quality.
