However, further analysis of the data has lead to adjustments of the reference level in separate segments. Comment : In comparison with daily means of neighboring stations as well as satellite altimetry, the mean level appears low by about 100 cm for 1990 - 1994 and high by about 100 cm for 2000 - 2001. The timing quality improves in 2000 onward, though May-Nov 2001 appeared to have frequent high frequency contamination, perhaps from stilling well clogging.
