Trans. : Yes Distribution : 1950-2019 Refernce Levl: All heights have been referred to the station tide staff zero which is linked to fixed bench marks. While standard mechanical or ADR instrument was the primary gauge, leveling calibration factors were applied monthly based on tide staff comparisons. Comment : A reference level correction was applied to the original data by adding +15.2 cm between 03Z 14 Aug - 15Z 01 Sep 1983. Otherwise the daily and monthly means reveal no apparent reference level changes or trends. The residuals are very noisy during some of the winter months (and summer such as 6/22/2001) associated with meteorological events. Notable episodic events: 28 Mar 1964: Tsunami from Alaska 04 Oct 1994: Tsunami from Japan 28 Feb 2010: Tsunami from Chile 11 Mar 2011: Tsunami from Japan CI MISSING REPLACED GAPS QUESTIONABLE YEAR (%) DATA OR BAD DATA FLUCTUATIONS ---- --- -------------------- --------------- -------------------- 1950 11 305-318,321-338, (07)339-(23)339 none 342-347 (17)347-(00)348 1951 100 none none none 1952 100 none none none 1953 100 none (21)145-(04)146 none 1954 100 none none none 1955 100 none (06)018-(21)018 none (04)049-(19)049 1956 100 none none none 1957 100 none none none 1958 100 none none none 1959 100 none none none 1960 39 144-366 (22)053-(09)054 none 1961 99 1 none none 1962 100 none (14)063-(23)063 none (20)098-(04)099 1963 6 1-343 none none 1964 100 none (14)217-(00)218 none 1965 87 33-82 none none 1966 100 none (12)025-(19)025 none (20)214-(11)215 1967 100 none none none 1968 100 none none 137 1969 100 none (11)203-(09)204 none 1970 100 none (23)054-(07)055 216-217 (17)172-(03)173 1971 99 16-18 (08)020-(16)020 none 1972 100 none none none 1973 100 none none none 1974 100 none none 30-31,305 1975 75 274-365 none 33-34 1976 8 1-305,336-366 none 306,347-348 1977 79 1-78 (21)364-(06)365 354-355,357-358 (10)365-(21)365 1978 93 339-365 (01)001-(21)001 7-9,11-12,21,34, (03)002-(17)002 49-50 1979 50 1-152,186-197, none none 282-298 1980 87 122-152,270-287 (09)033-(00)034 none (23)105-(19)106 (18)216-(16)217 1981 96 164-177 none none 1982 100 none none 7,22,200-204,305- 309,313-316 1983 99 142-143,193-194 none 147-148,183-184 1984 100 none none none 1985 99 60-63 (10)309-(21)309 26-32,306-308,330- (10)335-(16)335 334,356-357 1986 99 19-21 (10)023-(16)023 none (06)027-(15)027 1987 100 none none none 1988 99 366 none none 1989 90 1-4,308-341 none none 1990 100 none none none 1991 100 none none none 1992 100 none none none 1993 100 none none none 1994 100 none (22)033-(21)034 none 1995 100 none none 212 1996 100 none none none 1997 100 none none none 1998 98 357-362 none none 1999 100 none none none 2000 100 none none none 2001 100 none none none 2002 100 none none none 2003 100 none none none 2004 100 none none none 2005 100 none none none 2006 100 none none none 2007 96 73-88 none none 2008 100 none none none 2009 100 none none none 2010 100 none none none 2011 100 none none none 2012 100 none none none 2013 100 none none none 2014 100 none none none 2015 100 none none none 2016 100 none none none 2017 100 none none none 2018 100 none none none 2019 100 none none none
