              Refernce Levl: All heights have been referred to the station datum
                             which is linked to fixed bench marks.
                             A constant of 6000 mm was subtracted from 
                             originator's data to fit the UH format.
              Comment      : The difference of daily data between Apra Harbor
                             and Pago Bay suggests the latter lower by about
                             20 cm between the data gaps of May-Aug 2006.
                             The difference with Pohnpei suggests this is
                             a natural variation.  Use with discretion.
