              Comment      : The daily and monthly means reveal no apparent     
                             changes in the reference level.  Timing accuracy   
                             was extremely poor, no better than +/- 30 minutes.
                             This series is distinguished from Fanning-B
                             because the data have not been linked to a common
                             datum.
