Bench mark information is available upon request from the contributors. Comment : The daily and monthly means of Lumut and an adjacent station, Langkawi, agree very well. A level shift was adjusted by -1490 mm between 03Z 04 Apr 2004 - 02Z 28 Apr 2004 based on comparisons with neighboring sites. This is a temporary fix until a specific correction is obtained from the originators.
