Trans. : No Distribution : 1986-1998 Refernce Levl: The sea level heights are referred to the zero point assigned to the tide staff, which is 3.625m under TTG.1654. Comment : The data quality is good although gappy from 1986 through 1992. From 1993-1998, numerous gaps and timing shifts occur, as well as suspicious jumps in the levels during periods of data gaps. Use the 1993-1998 data with discretion. The 1999 through 2004 data have been withheld from the public due to very obvious level shifts. Most of 1999 is suspiciously high by about 200 mm and 2003-2004 is low by about 600 mm.
