              Refernce Levl: All heights have been referred to the station tide 
                             staff zero which is linked to fixed bench marks.
                             These data were digitized at the University of
                             Hawaii Sea Level Center.  Tide staff readings
                             were provided; however, it appears the corrections
                             to a fixed datum were already applied to the
                             tabulated heights.  Series 783A is separate from
                             783B since the reference levels are different.
