While standard mechanical or ADR instrument was the primary gauge, leveling calibration factors were applied monthly based on tide staff comparisons. Comment : The daily and monthly means reveal no apparent reference level changes. The residuals show high short-period variability associated with the inability of the tidal analysis routine to fully resolve all the harmonic constituents at this shallow-water rivermouth. Thus only extreme questionable fluctuations are noted below. The site is referred to as "Fort Pulaski, Savannah River, GA".
