              Refernce Levl: The data have been linked to tide station zero by
                             the originators.  There was an obvious shift in
                             the original data on 21 March 2002 at 20Z.  Until
                             a correction is provided by the originators, a
                             temporary adjustment was applied to the series
                             prior to the shift by adding 1000 mm.  
              Comment      : This tide station is used by the IBGE to define the
