              Refernce Levl: The data have been linked to tide staff zero by
                             the originators.  However, time segments of data
                             for 1970-72, 1975-76, 1984-85, 2006 each appear to
                             have independent datums; thus, the series are
                             broken into unique pieces.
              Comment      : The site is located near a wide, strong river.
                             The site is referred to as "Porto de Santana" by 
                             the originators.  The complex tides were not 
                             resolved well by the tidal analysis thus
                             it is difficult to distinguish timing errors 
                             in the residuals.  Only the most extreme
                             fluctuations in the residuals are noted below.
                             It is likely that the large positive fluctuations
                             in the residuals are associated with rain-induced
                             river rises.
                              
                             The site is located in the Porto de Macapa,
                             Porto Organizado de Santana, Companhia Docas de
