Trans. : Yes Distribution : 1985-2019 Refernce Levl: All heights have been referred to the station tide staff zero which is linked to fixed bench marks of the Bermuda Biological Station (32 22.2N, 064 41.7W). Starting 1/1/92, the series is from the Esso Pier, which has been leveled to the Biological Station. The originator has subtracted 509 mm from the Esso data to relate it to the historical datum of the original site. While standard mechanical or ADR instrument was the primary gauge, leveling calibration factors were applied monthly based on tide staff comparisons. The series 259B is separate from 259A due to the long gap and uncertain reference level relationship between these two periods. Comment : The daily and monthly values do not show any obvious shifts or trends.
