Comment : This series is separate from Sta.Cruz-A and Sta.Cruz-C because of reference level jumps: 1) a sharp level jump on 02 Mar 1959, which is about 1050 mm and 2) a level jump on 21 Oct 1981. The level jump of 21 Oct 1981 - 11 Mar 1982 was adjusted by adding 240 mm to the original data (see Sta.Cruz-C). However, the Sta.Cruz-C series contains many unresolved shifts. There is poor agreement between the monthly values and the same for data in the Permanent Service for Mean Sea Level archive. This discrepancy is unclear.
